"Understaffed, poor service and over priced rooms for the outdated and basic amenities available in the rooms."

The property was a lovely space.

Outdated decor and rooms not well maintained. Air conditioning not fully working. Restaurant CONSTANTLY understaffed- breakfast took over an hour and all dinners were 2+ hours. Orders were forgotten, not placed or staff not properly trained to take orders.

Lovely spacious room. Clean bathroom.

The staff for lunch and dinner left a lot to be desired. Drinks took over an hour. Staff seemed flustered despite the place not being that busy. Food was amazing when it arrived, though given we still didn’t have our drinks it was a little frustrating.
