Will be following up on this with Booking and Microtel Corporate. Hotel refused to accept my AARP card and apply discount. I enter a note at time of booking advising I would be requesting AARP discount at check-in. Bulb in room blew out at approximately 11:30pm on 10/3, notified staff in the morning on 10/4. This matter remain unresolved even at check-out. Did not have breakfast at facility.

Being woken up at 1:30 am by fire alarm. Headed down stairwell only to be told false alarm (usually fire department has to clear building) since they never came it made me very anxious to just go back to our room and try and sleep.
