Breakfast was okay, if the breakfast was hot it would have been better and there was no meat. Location was okay

Everything was okay, breakfast could have been better

I had a big problem w/ the rooms , the bed and the cleanliness of the facility . My wife was given a key to look at a room that already had 2 people in it - they screamed when she walked in . After that we left and did not stay the night - we were at the motel for maybe a half hour overall and did not stay the night . This Microtel is completely disgusting!! I demand a full refund . I am a loyal customer of this app and website and use it often - I would not request my money back for no reason . I wound up leaving and going to sleep across the way at a holiday inn express which was a nice , comfortable, clean place for about the same amount of money .

Front desk, the aroma of cookies baking. Location, slightly dated rooms, but well taking care of. Breakfast is not over the top, but well thought out and we enjoyed it.

Nothing major to complain about.

My daughter left a bracelet in the room and someone clearly took it as it isn’t in the lost and found. Disappointing.
