"A+ for all but the bed and pillow issues. Sadly I did not sleep well."

Clean, pleasant and spacious room

Would have liked to have the main light switch for the bedroom reachable from the bed. Not on a nearby wall. The bed was very tall, hard to climb up onto it. It would be more comfortable for me if I could just walk over to it and sit down and not have to struggle to get into it. I'm 5'5" - average height. Last: the pillows were so thick that when I lay my head down on it, it didn't receive my head comfortably. My head was not able to nestle in comfortably, it was propped up on top of it with my neck at an upward angle, putting a big strain on my neck. Extremely uncomfortable. I wanted to rest my head on something to allow me to relax and sleep but there was nothing available. Only option was to sleep without a pillow. No pain but hardly comfortable.
