Emplacement au centre (assez éloigné des plages qui d’ailleurs sont payantes). Personnel très gentil. Hall d’entrée et piscine très jolis

Propreté à revoir : il y avait une touffe de cheveux sur le lavabo. Aucune insonorisation, on entendait la conversation des voisins de chambre, sans parler du bruit des véhicules. Présence d’un parking oui mais trottoir très haut, nous n’avons pas pu monter avec la nôtre, et quand nous avons repris la voiture la serrure avait l’air d’avoir été forcé (il manquait le cache de la serrure)

The location is perfect and the rooms are cute!

Don't stay in the cheapest room option ( first floor ones) because the mattress was terribly hard. Thankfully the staff was kind enough to move me to a nicer room which had an exponentially better bed for my second night!

Non è un hotel boutique: le camere sono vecchie, ristrutturate solo in parte, molto umide. Non viene fornito neanche il bagnoschiuma. Conviene rispetto ad altre strutture di Tulum ma il livello è medio-basso. Personale poco disponibile via messaggio.

l'hôtel est très bien situé proche du centre ville , que l'on peut découvrir à pied la chambre est grande et correspond aux photos

une boite de nuit est à proximité donc de 9 heures à 3 heures du matin on profite de l'ambiance!!!!!! le parking ne comporte que trois places c'est peu pour l'hôtel et à TULUM je déconseille aux touristes de se garer dans les rues. ma voiture de location est partie à la fourrière
