La réceptionniste était très sympathique et à l'écoute. L'hôtel est bien placé à 10 min du terminal ADO et à 1 min de la rue commercante principale. Il y a un petit frigo très apprécié pour garder l'eau au frais. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter mais il est possible de louer des vélos pour 200 pesos !! C'est très pratique.

Le matelas et l'oreiller étaient durs. Nous avons eu la visite de deux cafards durant nos 4 nuits. Nous avons eu des tâches douteuse sur nos serviettes de bain... La piscine est très belle mais peu pratique et à la vue de toutes les chambres. A noter que cela devient plus bruyant la nuit du vendredi au dimanche. Pensez à vos boules quies ! Nous avons passé malgré tout un séjour correct mais il y a sûrement mieux niveau rapport qualité prix.

The decor was really cute and rustic and the pool areas very cute. Closet ti shops and restaurants and the bus station.

If you want to sleep, do not stay here! First we had to move rooms due to our tv not working and the room we were put in was at the front of the hotel. There is a rooftop nightclub across the street and there was music blaring until 2am. I don’t mean just a guy strumming a guitar either, it was loud house beats that shook the room! There were also no toiletries and that is expected in all hotels. One a small bar of soap. No shower gel etc. The bed was really hard, a mattress on a concrete base. The fridge in our room was so loud we had to turn it off at night resulting in a puddle of water on the floor in nearly slipped in going to the loo during the night. We were due to stay 3 nights but left after one. When we informed reception they didn’t seem to care or offer any solutions, they just said it’s not their problem. Earplugs in the room would have been good or at least an acknowledgment that the nightclub is a problem and an offer of a refund/room change. I’ve worked in many hotels and hold a certificate in hotel management and sadly, the staff were a bit of a let down in this instance.
