The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, Costa Navarino

Very very good service

Some details in the room could use renovation, but really minor stuff

We're coming here almost for 7,8 years on a row its feeling like coming home... the place is amazing the staff and people very friendly food is excellent, the rooms are clean the facilities its also very good, the service is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, the manager Xristos Kapetanos is a very kind and very thoughtful and hospitable, and amazing man, also we met a new guy Nikolaos Kritikakis, a very friendly well educated young man who told us a lot about the history of Romanos and Navarino and gave us also the feeling of being very welcome listening of what we had to say, sharing our ideas and thoughts,an amazing young man. Also Katerina from the swimming pool such a nice sweet and friendly girl always smiling and being helpful with everything! But the only thing that i noticed after coming here for 8 years is that the swimming pool of Romanos and some parts of the resort like the 3 fire places that now are being using as an ashtray ..need a renovation because sunbeds some of them are broken and old and not comfortable at all some sun umbrellas are broken and at the swimming pool of Romanos is missing more life, more luxury, and attention, its a Luxury resort and my opinion is, it must stay Luxurious at all the ways... But despite of this I still love it 💙
