Room was not clean when we arrived hair was in the shower and on the shower head, my daughter’s doll got kicked under bed when retrieving it found trash and pens under the bed THAT WAS NOT OURS!!!! Had issues with the toilet where it actually clogged called front desk and still no one came. Gave them two stars for staff cause the gentleman on the day of arrival and into morning was very helpful and attentive! Other than that unresponsive and gross ! Couldn’t even get towels !

Hilton Garden Inns aren’t what they used to be. Poorer facilities, lack of amenities, staff are sloppy in appearance and helpfulness.

"Bad Experience"

it was a bad experience overall. First, I inquried if there was breakfast, the answer was yes. It was the typical lousy breakfast that many hotels offer. But on the second day of breakfast, I was charged $16.96! Not only was I expecting free breakfast - as does all other similar hotels!! - but this was an completely unreasonable cost for this quality of food. Also, I asked to have my room serviced. I left at about 9:30 in the morning and returned at about 8:30 at nite and the room was just as I left it. There were new towels, so I knew they entered the room, but beds were not made up, trash not emptied. That was just terrible. I called the front desk asking for a refund and was told the manager would take care of it in the morning. I checked out, there was nothing done. Now, two days later, still nothing done. There are many hotels near this sad hotel, and I make this trip to see family regularly. I will never stay here again and suggest you avoid this hotel. Furthermore, we have stayed to Hilton hotels frequently. There are other options, such as Marriot, and we will not seek out Hilton for our stays in the future. Totally bad experience
