Hilton Garden Inn Allentown West

The breakfast was great! Good variety of things to eat. Clean rooms and common areas.

Main reason for me booking that hotel was because of the hot tub and indoor pool. The hot tub was broken.

The property is clean. I had an issue with my key working and the staff was excellent in resolving the issue and moving to another room. The hot tub was not working so that was a bit disappointing.

Stayed in Allentown to visit my granddaughter and as always Hilton Garden does not let me down clean kind of people even made service. Very nice experience.

Staff was very friendly. It was also a good location. Room was nice and clean. The fridge in our room was broken. Had no place to keep waters, drinks or leftovers cold. I mentioned it to the front desk. They asked if I wanted to switch rooms but we were already unpacked for 3 nights. Not worth the effort for me. Hot tub was out of service, No mention of that anywhere except for there being a sign on the pool exit door. Annoying since one of the reasons we picked this particular hotel was due to them having a Hottub. This hotel also offers "free onsite parking". However, it's not free. there is a $3.87/day plus tax "parking recapture fee" that is not listed anywhere. It was on the final bill. Unless requested otherwise, housekeeping comes every other day. We arrived very late Thursday night/early Friday am. I assumed they would come on Saturday, nope. Had to ask for more towels from the front desk.

Very nice hotel with a super friendly and accommodating staff. Most importantly Happy Hour begins at 5pm!!!

Would highly recommend this hotel. Not far from the highway. Staff friendly. Facility very clean. Room very clean. Hotel smelled fine, no bad odors. Room pictured is a king standard. Offers microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker with pods provided (cups, sugar, and cream provided). Lots of space to put clothes. Iron and ironing board in great shape. I did not eat breakfast there so I cannot speak to that. Breakfast is $15 per person. There are restaurants and fast food locations within walking distance, but across the street.

Hotel was very nice, as were staff. The only complaint I would have is the broken hot tub. We specifically booked this hotel (2 rooms) for the hot tub. Noone told us upon check in that it was broken. We found out when we all went down to use it after a long travel. Very disappointing.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and gracious.

2 lights out in the room, I asked to have them fixed one fixed 2 days later after 2nd request. Tub faucet loose. No Coffee in Lobby after 9:30am most days 10am others. How about all day coffee? Then I find out I don't get points on my Hiton Honors for this 8 day stay.
