Tree Rose Motel Morwell

Waited for 15minutes for someone to tell us we were in room 2 and it was already open, then had to ask for a key before we went out for tea. Had to ask for towels, none in room and extra pillows as the ones in room were quite flat. No toaster or wine glasses. Drapes were hanging off and couch had a large stain on it. Also the air conditioner screen was smashed so could tell what settings were on

Friendly staff. Reception open late on Sunday night so able to make a booking while travelling. Comfortable bed.

Room had very bad odour. No floor mat or hand towels, no control for heater. No extra pillows or blankets

I required a receipt and have been unable to obtain one. I need this to claim accommodation. Pls send me one to my email handlmarlo@hotmail.com it would be grately apptrciated

Only one small bar of soap No tea spoons for coffee No toaster

Nothing to like about not having a check in and the Manager NO help.

This Motel should not be open to the public. The furniture is old and has dirty, room 4 's refrigerator power cord looks to be burnt and just taped up. The smoke detector is NOT working, as the only thing on the ceiling is the holder in both room 3 and 4, wet and dirty items in the bottom of wardrobe. loose wooden cover over very old heater with nails and staples sticking out. Wardrobe door is broken off hinges and a warning sign stuck on other door which has been there for a number of days. Room 3's aircon/heater NO contact with any person with authority, other than owner over the phone and if you want to complain he called the police to have you evicted, even though you have paid for your room with NO refund. There was NO WIFI to speak of in the rooms. Room 3 had NO remote for TV .Defiantly would not recommend or stay at this Dump again. They should be had up for false advertising.

POORLY maintained room. NO Breakfast. Tea & Coffee available NO spoon to stir sugar.

DO NOT RECOMEND: Premise lock up no staff found. Phone number on wall & owner tryed to contact cleaner who was other location. We went & found her & she was not happy. Asked for key to room. on arrival in room: very dim light, NO air condition working NO remote to operate TV, Cupboard could not hang up clothes on the bottom blanket plastic bag & a VERY WET kids jackets absolutely SOAKED with WATER. Power point for little heater attached loose off wall & very dangerous. Fire Alarm not connected. AS per attached photos Stayed 1 night out of 2.

Stained towels, dirty floors, a shower door that won't close, tiniest bathroom I've ever seen. The only redeeming factors are large carparks and it's close to M1 access.

On arrival no one to check you in, called phone to be told they on way but no one showed up. When they did they couldn't get into office. Finally got room's but no info eg wifi( which is advertised). Once in rooms tv remote no batteries and heater 1 battery but needs two. Bed mattress old springs broken like laying on flooring. Very disappointed especially for the price. Found previous guest rubish in room.
