This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We paid $213 per night, and the room quality was absolutely unacceptable for this price. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we were only allowed into the room at 4:00 PM. We had to wait outside in the heat with no explanation . The room itself was in very poor condition. Everything was old and worn out — damaged furniture, torn sofas, and an overall neglected appearance. The bathroom was especially problematic: the shower was broken, water splashed all over the floor, and there was no door or curtain at all. It was impossible to use it properly. There was a strong musty smell in the room. We noticed cracks and visible mold in the corners. The floor felt sticky, even though it looked clean. The air conditioner was extremely old and very loud. It was impossible to sleep with it on, so we had to turn it off, making the stay even more uncomfortable. For $213 per night, this is completely unacceptable. The only positive thing was the staff — they were polite and professional. However, this does not compensate for the condition of the room. We believe the price is significantly overpriced and does not reflect the actual quality. The property urgently needs renovation. Given the poor condition of the room and the delayed check-in, we believe a partial refund is fully justified and will be pursuing this matter further with Booking support.

The location is excellent! Few steps from the beach and very safe. The room was very spacious everything seemed clean. I also liked that is was super close to all the entertainment from the beach.

The only thing that kept me from giving it perfect is the couches. They seemed to be very old and were just patched around.

The entire staff is amazing. Rooms are always clean.

I wish i could have stayed longer

Secluded. Short walk to the Boardwalk.
