"Shame on the owner for having a totally broken sofa bed"

The receptionist Evgenia is very friendly and attentive, called in advance and provided with all the details about the hotel.

The sofa bed in Room 21 is absolutely unacceptable. I had a sleepless night due to the exposed springs, which left me with back pain for several days.
