Nothing at all!!!!!! Don't stay!!!!!

Do not stay here. We had to leave because the room was a complete health hazard. My son is a severe asthmatic, and the second we got into the room the heavy mold/mildew smell was overwhelming. There were clear signs of moisture damage, what appeared to be active mold, and overall filthy, unsafe conditions. My son began having trouble breathing, and there was no way we could stay there. This place was absolutely not clean AT ALL! We found opened/used coffee packets, keys left behind, used paper towels, used stained bed sheets, broken bed frames, microwave full of food splatter every where, stained uncleaned filthy furniture, damaged shelving, and obvious signs that the room had not been properly cleaned between guests. The condition of the property was disgusting and nothing like what was advertised. What made it even worse was management’s response. Instead of taking responsibility for putting guests in an unsafe room, the manager was dismissive, negligent, and refused to refund us even after we explained that my son could not breathe and we had to leave because of the mold and conditions. The lack of concern was honestly shocking. This property is NOTHING like the pictures. Its not clean, or safe. It is unhealthy, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable — especially for families, children, or anyone with asthma or allergies. We were forced to leave and go back home. They literally forced us to return back home since we weren't given our money back leaving us unable to rent else where. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the risk to your health and do not stay here. You will definitely contract some sort of disease from this place. Enjoy the pictures! The location is excellent — only about a 5-minute walk to the beach and to an amazing Italian restaurant, Florio's of Little Italy. Special thanks to Eve at the front desk. I arrived around 9 AM, well before check-in time, and she kindly allowed me to leave my luggage and change into beach clothes to start my day before the check in. And then she called me later when my room was ready, which I really appreciated. I also loved the keyless entry system. Instead of carrying a key or key card, you simply use a code to access your room, which is very convenient and removes the worry of losing or forgetting anything. The room was simple but comfortable and clean, and overall the hotel offers excellent value for money. To be honest, I expected the property to be a bit more worn down than it actually was, so I was pleasantly surprised.

The bathroom was quite small, and the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. There were a lot of tiny flying insects in the room, specifically in the bathroom, on the walls and ceiling. Nothing major and certainly no cockroaches or large bugs, but it was a little noticeable. I guess it's normal for the tropical climate. Overall, these are minor issues, and I would happily stay here again.

The water doesn’t get very warm but is manageable especially for the value.

Location, separate entrances for the appartment, the yard and place in the yard to relax and have food, It is withing a 5 minutes of slow walk from the Hollywood Beach. The room we rented was small but nice. Yana at the registration desk was very supportive and responsive. Staff is very responsive - everything we asked for(frying pan, forks, shampoo, umbrella- they provided right away).

We stayed there 3 days, but there was no cleaning service and change of towels provided. We also had to ask for the shampoo as nobody put it there in our absence.

Great thank for the accomodations and we enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfy and room cozy

Outside little wooden dock with sofa and stools would awesome if it could be remodeled.
