Eagle Bay Hotel

This hotel is in desperate need of a total refurbishment. Seriously. This place is like stuck in 1989 or something. Furniture toilets and all. They did attempt to repaint the walls, but come on.

Dirty room and bathroom. Leaking and noisy air conditioner. Smelly reception area.

Nice location there and the swimming pool was just nice for the kids to swim. Breakfast was great, egg counter with varieties of choices to choose from. Good wifi system

This hotel near the major shopping area, convenient to shop and get food. Restaurant in Kuah town is much cheaper than cenang which I would say the just overcharge the tourist. This hotel also near the jetty and famous park which we can relax there abt 6pm. Good wifi, tv channels, breakfast was good. Will recommend this hotel.

Nice & excellent services by the staff. The are very friendly & helpful. Just the air conditioner wasn't that cold due to newly renovated but middle of the night it started to be cold as usual.

good stay with this hotel, thank you for your excellent service during our stay. clean and new room. location near town areas very convenient. In front is a park which we can relax there on the late afternoon.

We are staying 2 nights in the hotel. The staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. Special thanks to Afifah! They have helped us to call taxi, get the car to rent and even sent us to Jetty at the day we returned. Also helped us to call the cable car and ask for the waiting time day. Apparently it needs to wait for 3 hours before boarding. They also allowed to bring along my kids for the breakfast without extra charges. Downside is the swimming pool could not be use during my stays. And one of the main reason i am going after the hotel is because of the swimming pool... Also the bath room shower head was fixed one and quite short, to bath my kids is a bit difficult. Air cond not really cooling but value for money. The breakfast taste quite ok. They are having fried rice, noodles, speggethi, poridge, bread and fruit + salad for first day And fried rice noodle, spegethi, nasi lemak, poridge, bread and fruit + salad for second day. There is a counter to offer omelette with customization some more. Only downside is there is no milk. Overall it is a quite pleasant stay. Love the staff there.
