The property was clean and so were the rooms.

I thought it was overpriced and had the largest pet fee I've ever paid in my life. Almost $100 extra and they taxed the pet as well. I stayed in downtown Nashville and the Embassy Suited for about the same price

Everything was amazing about the hotel and my stay. The only thing is Turkey Sausage should be brought back. I dont eat pork and then only thing available was Pork Sausages. The young lady said she ordered but it was discontinued.

Nothing other then not having breakfast turkey sausages

"I stay at this location all the time and have never experienced anything like this. So disappointing"

I was told that check in time was at 3:00. I waited almost 2 hours to get checked in because my room was not ready until sometime after 4. The excuse I was given was they didn't have early check-in which I asked for when I made the reservation and I reserved the biggest room. But what did that have to do with it? It was after 3 and my reservation stated it would be ready. I emailed the Gm Seth but never got a response.
