Great location. Hotel is close to the highway with multiple food and shopping options. The hotel lobby was spacious and looked nice. The hotel offered a variety to eat on the breakfast bar. My only concerns: 1. the floors needed to be swept/vacuumed and mopped well. Too much of the previous guest’s hair was left on the floor indicating that the floors needed to swept/vaccumed. 2. And there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower.

Check in was such a breeze. Exceptionally clean and maintained. Great amenities, just has a home feel. Excellent choice for families. The kitchen is top notch! Love this place, highly recommended

The woman who checked us in was sweet. The room looked rough. Lots of marks/boogers/blood (?) on the wall. Old food was on the floor. Top comforter sheet had stains, but the actual bedsheets seemed clean. In the end, got the job done. Breakfast staff hit me in the back with a food cart (I have a bad/handicapped back). Didn’t acknowledge me or say sorry. For the price, not great.

"Our stay June 2025."

The above floor was so thin we could hear EVERYTHING going on. We had to call the front desk twice to get assistance to ask the people upstairs to stop jumping around and bouncing their balls. The pool area had another family who took over and was playing music loudly, had multiple bottles opened and drinking at the table just outside. They took over the entire area and it was not pleasurable for anyone else as they were having their own party. We did like the hotel room lay out but as a frequent Hilton customer, I would say this was our worst experience within the chain.
