We found mold behind the couch in our suite. We had a clogged toilet for our entire stay. We reported it multiple times and they said maintenance had already left. We requested a room change but was told they couldn’t the weren’t any rooms available. She called maintenance and they were supposed to come in fix the toilet. He never arrived. We requested sheets, blankets and pillows for the pull out couch and was given sheets but she couldn’t reach the pillows. Lastly the pool was closed because the city came by and they didn’t have proper permits! The evening front desk attendant was unprofessional and unhelpful.

The service desk was less than friendly. The room has definitely not been cleaned well in a long while. They put new bedding and new towels and that’s about it. We had no shampoo or conditioner and they didn’t provide us with any hand soap. We had got a double queen and pull out sofa room because it was my husband and I and our 4 kids. The room didn’t have any extra bedding called down to office to be told I needed to go down stairs and grab it myself. When we pulled the sofa out it was gross and had dirty coins all under neath it. The pool was shut down because they openly told us they didn’t pass their inspection. Overall. Disappointed

Our room wasn't ready at check in. We had to leave and go back at a later time. Our room was okay, except the broke shower.

Mine and my family’s stay started off very rocky. But thanks to EXCELLENT customer service from the breakfast lady (Donna) and the maintenance guys, who went WAY out of the way to make us happy, we left as happy customers!

I checked in found my room and left to run errands. When I returned later -exhaisted after long drive and work day-ate. Had issues with tv-called the desk. Repote had a mystery substance on it and the other the back fell off when pucked up. Giant hand print on tv. Guy at desk stated they would bring new remotes tomorrow. Started to shower and noticed that things were not right. Faucet not cleaned and gross. Then noticed other things linkes subatamces on the wall, mold above the bathroom door. Clumps of hair and dirt on the floor here and there. Stains on the chair, bedding, desk. Looked around the mattress and the bedskirt corner had milddewed significantly. I tried to make other arrangement and packed my things that just unpacked. I couldnt stand to stay. I complained twice initially after thinking i wpuldnt have a choice but to stay. Then i decided, no way this terrible. I told the guy i just couldnt. He gave me a papaer with email to send my pics to. Apologized and I left.

It was clean. They had lots of extras, like exercise room and breakfast.

Beds were clean with fresh linen but hard mattresses. Was very outdated. Breakfast looked okay, but nothing special about it. One elevator and it looked like it could give out at any moment. For the price I was expecting more.
