"Pésimo servicio."

Nada

La atención de la persona que estaba en la reseccion pésima atencion y grosera adicionalmente las puertas no abrían y habia que cambiar las tarjetas todos los dias, habitaciones sucias y con mal olor y ni hablar del baño, lavamanos tapado al igual que la ducha, en fin no vengan a este hotel hay mejores opciones.

Ubicación

La persona de la reseccion demasiado grosera me he quedado 3 veces alli y siempre la misma actitud de molesta y grosera, me tiro el ID y esta predispuesta para cualquier inquietud, no recomendaría este hotel solo por el personal, 4 veces se tuvo que ir a cambiar las tarjetas de acceso porque no sirven y cuando lo hace la persona está de mala gana.

Very nice. No problems except that we couldn’t sleep because of the people upstairs walking around all night. That wasn’t their fault and we will be back again.
