The room was comfortable.

TV didn't work. Some light bulbs needed replacing. Said maintenance had to take care of all that. They didn't while I was there.

Front desk was friendly but told us they had overbooked and could only give us 1 of our 2 rooms. Tub had hair in the bottom of the tub. Our party had to split up between 2 hotels.

The room was fine. The problem is that we showed up at 4 pm and our room wasn’t ready until 6:15 pm. Incredibly annoying and unprofessional.
