Viana Hotel and Spa, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I wrote a previous review a few days ago and today I'm here to write a result review. Meaning this hotel treated My wife and I unfairly. As we waited for the hotel to finish giving me back my deposit for the room after we left it took them 48 hours but in total it's 5 days. 48 hours they gave us a full refund for the two nights we stayed for our wedding anniversary. I was surprised but very happy as most would be and left it alone. They sent me a transaction of the full amount back and it was a final refund payment. But Three days after the refund payment they were able to go into my account again and take out 90% of the payment without my approval or acknowledgment. They didn't give me an email to show they made a mistake They just took it out of our account putting us in a negative cuz the account is really used for petty cash. How is it possible that they made a mistake and days later go back into our account and reverse their final payment and put my account in the negative? This is a security problem and respect. My wife and I will never go to this hotel again. I only found out this happened when I went online for cyber Monday but on Tuesday to check the look at deal on sale to what to buy at last minute and that's when I found out that they withdrew money without my approval. Bank of America not only just took the money out of my account but they also started to charge me overdraft fees without informing me the error of the transaction. The kicker A day after we left the hotel My wife and I went to the grocery shopping and I went to the bank and that's when I found out I did not have my debit card with me and I realize I never got it back from the lady at the hotel from when she checked me in. So I I had the bank issue me it I knew debit card and so that debit card was no longer usable yet 4 days later my account was still used to give me a negative balance even though I could not use the card. That was a total shocker. And be aware I left a good review my first review but then a day later The hotel emailed me to write a review for them online to make them look good But remind you they gave me a full refund so I boasted about the hotel even more But then two days after that review they took their money back out of my account using my bank It was like I was tricked. This hotel really cares about publicity so they can get more sales I've come to realize that They do not care about you. Money is the name of the game.

Good size rooms,great shower, restaurant comfortable but pricey.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The breakfast was sensational and made with love the masseuse downstairs would probably one of the best I’ve ever had in the world.

Not much

The heating unit was so loud. It sounded like an airplane was taking off in the room. The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbor is saying. If you have rooms above you forget it you can hear every foot step as if there are elephants stomping around.
