Viana Hotel and Spa, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Our flight out of JFK was cancelled and our entire family stayed overnight at Viana. We had spent a week in the Azores and this final night was one of the best! Hailey and Liz had our backs; they efficiently and calmly checked in a bunch of us MN-stranded- tourists. There was no question they could not answer. There was no request they couldn't accomodate. The food was awesome and we had a blast playing pool. Kudos to Hailey and Liz!

We just had our holiday celebration at the Viana. Planning the event was simple and easy. The food was great and the hotel staff could not be more accommodating

The beds were comfortable. That's the only good thing. Otherwise it was awful. I didn't have time to ask for a new room because we were there for my mother's funeral.

Our room had the tub faucet running continuously. Each morning after showering someone had to go in to "fix" it. That worked until we used it again. Even worse, the heat sounded like a diesel engine in the room so we had to keep shutting it off every time it woke us up. Needless to say, we were cold. We had to fly in for my mother's funeral and this made a terrible situation worse.

Reservations and checkin went super smooth. I requested a top floor and they granted my request. Beautiful entrance. Nice clean and big suite and comfortable bed. Didn't give a 5 star due to housekeeping the next morning was cleaning next door and kept slamming that door. When we walked out our room we could barely get out due to their carts were in the way.

I was very impressed with the night auditor, Jayden. He was hospitable, charming, and highly professional. He’s exactly the kind of employee worth keeping—and deserving of a raise. The lobby was very clean and inviting. Nothing was out of place! The room was nice overall. We loved the imaging at the head of the bed. My only complaint was that the cabinet, housing the HVAC unit, needs attention. It vibrates quite a bit and can make it difficult to sleep; adjusting the bottom door should help reduce the noise. Breakfast was okay. The cantaloupe was sweet but a bit too firm. The pool was also much smaller than expected—more like a wading pool—but at least the hotel has one. On the positive side, the property was very clean, and parking was no problem at all.

Very pretty boutique hotel nice bar and small restaurant on premises. Room was spacious. Bathroom granite counters plenty of room. Shower large. Large TV desk and comfy chair. Coffeemaker in room beautifully decorated for Christmas with a tree in the lobby. We were there for a wedding so there was a breakfast in the dining room food was delicious and plenty of it. Breakfast is included with your stay set up in the little bar area for all guests
