"Terrible customer service/Disguising room"

Was very upset with the stay at the TownePlace and suites. We stayed 6 days and the room was cleaned, if you can call it that, once. Meaning the towels were replaced and half the trash was removed. The floor wasn’t vacuumed the entire stay and had grass/dirt visible you could feel on your feet while walking. Sheets were never made or replaced the entire stay. My wife and I had to call for towels and toilet paper due to the lack of care for the room by the staff. Also construction going on at 0700 outside our window. Asked management if our room could be switched/moved to the pier park Townplace and suites. Was told “call corporate”. Please don’t make the same mistake we made, spend your money elsewhere.

"March 2024 Heona"

Super clean rooms, very nice facility in an out of the way quiet area Heona was there to check me in at the front desk She was SUPER helpful, advised on local restaurants and attractions close by Heona was super cheerful and made my check in super simple and easy I highly recommend this establishment

I had to come for business this time And have been here for 19days my stay has been great. The staff especially maricel. The house keeping always keeping up with my room. The price at this property is very economical. I will stay here every time I'm in panama city...

I really don’t have anything bad to say about our stay the only issue was the toilet was really low and my husband has hip and knee problems it was very hard for him to use and the bed was super hard for me and I travel with an egg crate to put on top of the mattress it didn’t help and for future reference let the guest know that housekeeping doesn’t clean your room every day
