"Fantastic customer service and breakfast"

Stayed here 11/17/2023 due to our distance from home to the Surgery Center(2.5 hours)for my grandson's(8 Y.O.) oral surgery the following day. Great room, Alicia, the front desk clerk was very accommodating to my grandson's request to be (up high-3rd floor). Very clean room, well appointed and comfortable. Fast forward to surgery day---my grandson appt is at 2:30pm, he is not even taken back till 3:33pm!!! By the time the surgery and recovery was over we closed the place at 6pm!!! Needless to say we weren't going to drive home with him in the shape he was in for 2.5 more hours!! Went back to this hotel and fortunately Alicia was on duty again at the check-in desk. Frantic I had not had time to make a reservation, she assured me she would fix us up and did so at a great rate for a last minute arrival. We rested well in a 1st floor room easily accessible to our vehicle and the breakfast dining area which served a fantastic breakfast BOTH days. We will be returning to this hotel should we visit Panama City again. Bravo Alicia for your great customer service !!!

We loved the room. So nice to have a little studio with a couch and kitchen. The front desk staff were really nice and we liked having a free breakfast. Just skip the coffee. The location is right in town by lots of shopping and restaurants. You could walk to Target and Books a Million!

I stayed at this location multiple times while in Panama City. The stay was always very convenient, and the staff very helpful. In particular, Maricel at the front desk was the friendliest, and always had everything ready promptly.
