"Disappointing and poor"

Nothing really

The ACs across both our rooms were not functioning well, took too much time to get a change of rooms when availability wasn’t a challenge. Got a wake up call at 4:30 am when I didn’t ask for one. We had asked for some sandwiches to be packed as we were planning to leave around 7 am and not have breakfast at the hotel. Got the order wrong, number of sandwiches as well as the split of veg and non-veg. Pathetic experience overall. To add to it, being a Marriott Bonvoy gold member and put through this was appalling.

We landed here for q quick breakfast and the spread and service were scrumptious and amazing. Amit, Durga and Swagatam were phenomenonal. Strongly recommended.
