There was a double booking by mistake which was not confirmed until I checked in. I informed the hotel as soon as they issued the room key and called booking.com to inform. Booking.com associate was patient and stayed and call for 45 minutes and talked to multiple people in reception and then reservation and then duty manager for front desk. Eventually the front desk team just asked for the key back and charged money one hour later on both bookings
