Le Méridien Qingdao

Lovely hotel, next to Wanda Plaza. Luxurious lobby, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very quiet, we had good undisturbed sleeps. Delicious breakfast with a good variety of western and local food. There is a small play area in the hotel, where my granddaughter had much fun. Also, a well equipped gym.

Rooms are slightly worn out, especially the bathrooms.

Nice and valued hotel

Overall, I like this hotel. This is the second time I've stayed here. But the only problem is their heating system. It's always on. It was hot in my room. You can't turn it down or turn the AC on.

Location and food

Nothing all good except room service for indoor dining , not enough items to book . No 24th kitchen it seems , not sure when we asked food at 3.40 pm very limited items they said . So we just went out and took food , otherwise all good

Breakfast and location is pretty good

Air conditioner was not working properly change room twice…

Breakfast spread is good. Its very hesrtening that the resturant can arrange a take away breakfast due to my early (6am) check out for my morning flight.

I couldn't clock point to my Marriott Bonvoy membership due to booking being made through Booking.com. I think you should consider allowing customer to clock points for their stay even booking is thru third party web site

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Close to metro station (5-8min walk) to get to for example Hongdao Exhibition center.

A hotel of this stature should have had a bar open till later in the evening.

The staff was highly rude and non co opearative , had to call the reception for continously one hour but no response.

I had to take a taxi for the airport at 3,30pm and they let me use the room until that time. very good restaurant intramuro.
