Not So Good except the Location

Good location

The location of this hotel is very good. The MRT station is just 100 meters away and you can travel 2 stops to LOHU then cross boarder to HK.

upgrade to window room. bed is big, clean and comfort room.

We, party of 3 adults n one 23 months old boy, specifically book one family room with One Kingsize bed n one twin bed 3 months ago. However upon check in, reception insist reservation was just One Queen size bed saying we need to sought it out w Hotel.com I try calling Hotel.com but to no avail; As we had a long trip travelling from HK to Shenzhen couple w my 23 months old grandson having fever, we were too tired to argue n change to one Room with two nos super single bed paying extra RMB 60 per night, total RMB 180.

Nice hotel near shopping & eatery . Near metro - laoji

Very convenient location. Close to Metro, towns of shopping and eateries nearby. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

The building was horrible and didn’t even like to go for breakfast as it just look gross. No idea how did they get 4star rating. Paid for 3 person and only two small twin bed and not comfortable at all and to add another bed cost 152¥. Staff don’t know English and it was very hard to explain them.

Good location for shopping.
