Very Poor service provided and not value for money

Toilet is dirty. Room is dirty. Bedsheet not changed.

Room is dirty especially the carpet. Toilet is not clean, toilet seat has stain under the cover. Bath drainage is very slow resulting in water overflow to the outside. Staff is unfriendly.

The staff double booked my room. I walked into a room with a guy already there, very shocked and awkward. The staff eventually took care of it but these kind of things shouldn’t happen in the first place. The breakfast was ok. The bed is VERY hard and uncomfortable, and this comes form a guy who likes his mattress firm. The big plus is the location. Walking distance to everything, surprisingly not noisy at night. Bottom line: You get what you pay for.

Very good hotel, needs room updates, however it was clean, confortable and great location next to metro station and near to pedestrian streets and malls. When we check out we needed a taxi but they told us they couldn't call it for us, we had to go to the street with lugagge and take it by ourselves.
