Sunon Hotel

I have been a regular customer for more than 5 years since they renovated in 2008. Used to be much better under the management of holiday villa but its a typical chinese hotel now. Staff are glued to the LED TV as usual, and neglect their duties to clear plates promptly. They now has a perfect hidding corner for watching the Tv - behind the egg live counter which is no longer in operation. Pillows are flat and old. hope they get new ones like they did for pillow sheets and towels. By the way, my room is missing of 2 chairs and 1 fridge. When queried, they said they were spoilt without any replacement.

Great Location and easy access to the MTR where just beside the hotel. Easy to get the food surrounding and safe security.

Although we stay in a non-window superior room, but the comfort is the same as a window room. Our stay was comfortable coupled with the convenience of shopping, near to Dongmen and MRT just next door. Just next to the hotel, there are many shops doing pedicure and manicure for just RMB30.

I was very happy with my stay, the staff did everything to help make the visit enjoyable, rooms were always clean, had fresh towels , bed was very comfortable, I would tell others that this is the place to stay!!

It was a great place to stay with one exception, the WI-FI is so bad that I can't consider going back there and that's a shame because the people there are really nice but WI-FI is a necessity and I had to depend on the hotel next door for Wi-Fi from their leakage which was far better than the WI-FI at Sunon so I might as well stay next door on future trips there.

Good hotel , clean , very near many places to eat and shop , can walk to all of these places . Very bad in room internet signal . Had alot of problems using internet in the room for the internet in the rooms have very bad internet signal / reception .

Convenient location at Dongmen, it takes only 3 mins from subway to hotel. It's my N times stayed at this hotel.

The hotel was a little hard to find, but local people were able to help us find the hotel. It is in the main pedestrian shopping area which also includes food choices. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of asian food choices.

Nice and clean hotel. Hotel staffs are polite and helpful. Location is perfect as it is in the Laojie area (a shopping paradise).
