Our stay at Bóvedas de Santa Clara in Cartagena was truly exceptional. The room was excellent—very spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. Every detail felt thoughtful and refined, creating a calm and luxurious atmosphere that made it easy to relax after exploring the city. One highlight was the amazing toiletries from Loto del Sur, which added a special local and upscale touch to the experience. It’s rare to find hotel amenities of such high quality, and they made the stay feel even more indulgent. Breakfast was simply the best we’ve ever had, served at the main Sofitel Santa Clara building. The variety, quality, and presentation were outstanding, with exceptional service to match. Having access to the Sofitel’s facilities as a guest of Bóvedas was a major advantage—we enjoyed the beautiful pool, common areas, and overall ambiance of the historic property. The staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive. The level of hospitality was remarkable, with genuine care shown in every interaction. VEQuite big and clean white rooms. Facilities are a mix between colonial and Modern style. Close distance to Serrezuela mall and the city wall. Breakfast was really good as always.
Breakfast is in another hotel so you have to walk a block to get it.
