Upgrade the bed frame for more comfortable

Booked through Expedia for 2 nights and property said it was only booked for one night. Tried to show confirmation from Expedia that it was indeed for 2 nights. Person at reception did not even look at it. Very stressful to get to your destination with kids and room is not already booked. Also never received an email from property, which person at front desk said was supposed to be sent. Cannot retrieve key without code in email. Strong smell in room. Some mold in bath.

It was really hot on the mezzanine, the climatisation was on fonction but not enough for the upstairs. We went downstairs during the night because of that. Also, it Says thats it has a pool but it was 2 kilomètres from the condo! Too far with kids so we didnt went.....

The sofa bed eas broken and needed to sleep on the floor. To this date there has been NO response from the establishment. Disappointing!

The stay was alright,

I loved how the administration staff was so helpful. We had a water issue at our suite and the staff was able to assist us with another suite right away. We were more than happy to get the help that we wanted right away. The suites were clean and loaded. Highly recommend your stay here.
