****Fake Property***** I have booked this place from Expedia and it showed really good pictures of the property and pictures shows that your are booking a 10 story hotel with mountain in the background and once you reach there it becomes the house, once you go inside then you realize that there is no proper lighting, bed frame is broken from middle, no in the rooms, no washing machine(as per the listing), bugs and mosquitoes in the house... Even after this many problem when we tried to connect with the Expedia customer service then they have not provided any solution and wasted my hours just to send then the pictures of the property to show that is totally different then to customer service person **Anurag** is so **eye to detail person** that he can not make a difference between actual property and fake listing... I would not recommend Expedia to any other person for their booking.. use Airbnb, atleast they take action on the owner of the property for providing fake pictures or the property. Do Not Book through Expedia.. Worst customer service. You will not get the refund even if there's no property.

It was ok overall. The shower drain was clogged, tea maker didn’t work and a few other minor things.

Hotel horror. I booked a queen bed with a couch bed. Upon arrival there was no queen bed just a couch bed. Very uncomfortable Toilet did not flush. I asked to change rooms since it would be nice to have a flushable toilet and was not helped. Apparently they had no other rooms. Initially the reception bathrooms were locked. I was eventually given a key to use them. Needless to say my trip was ruined over the toilets. My wife and I were mentally plugged and could no longer “go” # 2.

The location was very beautiful but didn’t actually like the facilities in the room. The biggest issue was the bedding — it was neither clean nor comfortable. The sheets didn’t feel fresh, and the overall bed setup made it very hard to get a good night’s sleep. The sofa bed was totally uncomfortable. My husband got rashes on his back, I can share the pictures also if needed. It’s very disappointing to face health issues from something as basic as a bed. Second, the air conditioning was not centralized. Instead, there was a large unit placed near the bed that blew direct cold air throughout the night, which made us feel unwell and contributed to further discomfort. I urge the management to thoroughly review their housekeeping standards. Until then, I would not recommend this place to others. Thanks

The mattress was terrible. It has the worse dip. Ruins your back. I asked the property manager to get it changed They said they don’t have any. The ac was too loud too.

Nice place, very confortable, if you are looking for a quiet place near Québec city, that is the place.

Condo 6518 great for larger families, plenty of bed options, kitchen was fully stocked with everything one could need and more. Comfortable place, great view of the mountain, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, indoor parking, tastefully decorated, and above all clean. Good variety of things to see and do, enough local restaurants for varied taste
