Customer service from the young lady at the front desk was amazing

The fact that someone went into our room while we were gone for god knows how long. They took our shower apart and then left our room with leaving the shower broken down. This caused us to miss an event that we paid money for because we were unable to take a shower until we finally got moved rooms about a hour later! Staff should never be on an occupants room while the occupants are out and gone! Then to make matters worse no one even called to let us know what was going on nor were we informed when coming back to the room! We had to find out by going to the room and attempting to take a shower!!

Fairly modern. Comfortable bed and seating area.

Toilet tank wasn't filling, hair on shower curtain, water pressure extremely low the shower was turning off then back on, sink faucet was just trickling. When I booked it said free parking. Ended up paying for parking, had to drive around 15 min in the parking lot before finding a spot. Went out to dinner and had to do the same. Went out to concert, came back 4 am, couldn't find a spot, went to the desk and they said to park where the mini buses were. Reluctantly I did since there was nothing else.

I was upgraded to a suit. The night manager was very helpful and welcoming.

Water pressure is not great, tub shower could be refreshed.
