Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port

This was the worst hotel experience of my entire life.

I didn’t like how I booked a stay at this hotel months ago. My flight was delayed due to weather I called multiple times and let the hotel staff know we were running late and they said that was fine and they would hold our room. When we arrived I was told there were no more rooms. After more debate with the staff the manager said “Oh Mr. Mullins we held your room” then she handed me a key and upon opening the door to the room there was another guest in the room. I will never stay with Marriott again.

El desayuno muy variado, habitacion muy cómoda, limpio.

En la recepción del hotel no nos contestaron las llamadas para que nos recogieran en el aeropuerto. Muy mal servicio. Y el recepcionista se excusó en que tenía mucho trabajo.

Petit déjeuner excellent. Beaucoup de variétés. Personnel gentil et efficace

Chambre non rénové, ancienne salle de bain. Cher pour la qualité de la chambre. Nous avons souper au restaurant, peu de choix et service très long.

Hotel was close to port and had a shuttle. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and fresh. Cleaning staff was polite and courteous

When we arrived the front desk staff took our name and asked us to wait until our room was ready (20-30 minutes). Almost 2 hours later after we saw others who were coming in going straight to their room we inquired and the front desk had forgotten about us. We were not able to get a room near our friends and our friends room was not ready for them.

Breakfast was limited

It was nice and clean. The clerk only answers the phone when they feel like it. Staff are rude. The shuttle took over 2 hours of us waiting and calling continuously before they came and got us. We had kids with us and it was pouring down raining

The whole place was busy but clean. The staff was very helpful. The bar served hot food and good drinks.

There was nothing bad.

La Ubicación, sobretodo si vas a tomar un crucero.

El check in debia ser 3pm y las habitaciones nos las dieron recien a partir de las 6pm, nos tuvieron esperando y solamente nos dijeron que "debíamos esperar" y que no sabían en cuanto tiempo las entregaban. El lugar del desayuno tambien era demasiado pequeño, toco comer de pie. Muy mala experiencia, tengan cuidado.
