The staff in the morning were great .

I called ahead of time and asked if my mother could check in with my daughter due to me being out of state and custody with her father. I was given a form to fill out and told they needed a copy of id and credit card. When my mother arrived she could not check in and had to wait 5 hours for me to arrive in 92 degree weather with a child . The staff was rude to her and myself when I finally arrived at 10 pm. I have never had an issue with this in any other hotel and will never again stay at any quality inn because of this .
