Bali Hai Resort & Spa

The staff at Bali Hai are always fantastic - so friendly and helpful! This was our third stay here and we will keep coming back - the villas are great, the pool is lovely, and the restaurant and walkable location can't be beat for a chilled out holiday! Great when travelling with kids, too - cook some meals yourself in your private patio BBQ to save some $$$.

Our bed was way too soft for our liking, but the kids liked their beds so this isn't really a complaint! Each to their own! I'd have liked the room configuration to be swapped around - our bed was right in the main living area downstairs while the kids were tucked away upstairs...we'd have preferred the privacy upstairs and the kids sleeping downstairs. Maybe something for Bali Hai to consider for their family villas :)

Very nice ambience, pleasant relaxing environment. Spacious rooms and authentic service. 5 Stars .

Sehr schönes, grosses und gemütliches Zimmer mit Küche. Aussensitzplatz überdacht. Sauber. Zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Das Resort hat ein gutes Restaurant, es hat aber auch andere Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Very nice room with all needed equipment and a great BBQ. It's in walking distance to Cable beach.
