Bali Hai Resort & Spa

Comfortable bed, staff level of service and friendliness was exceptional, room very well appointed and clean. Care had been taken with the housekeeping which was appreciated.

The layout of the outdoor bathroom & toilet was a bit odd, as it was directly adjacent to shared paths.

Large comfy room, loved the outdoor shower. Good location near cable beach & bus stop outside to get into town.

A cafe for breakfast and lunch snacks would be great. Also late night snacks and drinks.

We stayed in a two bed/two bathroom unit with one bathroom outdoors. While on the whole the place was very clean, the bathrooms could do with a good clean in the shower area. Unfortunately we could not use the spa as it closed at 5pm. Check in was very smooth. Thank you Sian for bringing our luggage to our unit and helping us to find our feet! Many thanks to Lulu too for her help.

We stayed 4 nights at the Bali Hai, and we have absolutely no complaints! We ate at the restaurant for 3 nights and each night was exceptional. The room was very large, with outside BBQ and pleasant area. Large bathroom, plus large shower room, plus outside shower. We'll stay again!

Closeness to cable beach and quiet private villas.

Shower area could have been cleaner.
