Good hotel clean and good customer service
Hands down the best Holiday Inn I've stayed in. Breakfast was fantastic, rooms are massive and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. It's also within walking distance of the Snowdome and an American style diner.
Really Easy to get to snow dome. Next to lake, restaurants, parks and shops. Very convenient. Breakfast not the best in my opinion. Although the hotel is far away from the motorway, we could hear the noise of the cars.
Stayed here on several occasions always a friendly helpful welcome. First time with a dog this time. Clean comfortable room. Nice bar staff. Terrific breakfast in the morning. What more could you want. Highly recommended. We'll be back again.
Helpful staff, we had a problem with the heating in our room, and were moved to a better one.

Better value and nicer hotel than Premier Inn. Would be nice if they included fruit for breakfast but everything else was great. Stayed there for 2 weeks already and will be comming back
