All staff very helpful and pleasant. Room clean and tidy. All user light fittings in room Brocken and could be dangerous. Dull lighting in room. Food good, service good.

Convenient location with good parking. Accessible to nearby entertainment and eating options. Hotel is modern, with a small bar and ok breakfast area. Breakfast offering is standard for HI Express. Room was comfortable and couldn’t fault on the levels of cleaning - excellent. Only negative for me was the windows didn’t seem to fit very well and so road noise was an issue disturbing sleep.
The whole room stank of toilet and drains
Just what a hotel should be. Free parking in a huge car park. Efficient, friendly check in. Lovely clean spacious adjoining rooms. Huge shower, super soft large towels, great breakfast, great value and fed the ducks in the lake opposite… well done to all the super staff there.
The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff warm and friendly but professional. It compares favourably with others in the same price range or even exceeds. This is our 3rd time of staying in this hotel and others we have stayed in of the brand are always as good as this is.
Breakfast was great - English brekkie, choices of cereal, pastries and selection of hot beverages. Found a random sock under the bed when we checked in. The shower gel in bathroom should have been replaced as it was almost empty!
Lovely and clean. Double beds great, bedding comfortable. Children did say the sofa beds were uncomfortable but they did manage to sleep. Nice and quiet, no disturbances during the night. Breakfast was simple but nice and filling.
