"beautiful Tunis Grand Hotel"

absolutely loved it, the breakast was delcious and full of variety. I made request to extent stay and requested taxis multiple times and all the staff were so helpful. Best service that I had while in Tunisia. Cannot wait to stay there again.

wonderful staff, good restaurant, and amazing pool. Worth a stay anytime and close enough to airport to get there quickly while still being far enough away to enjoy rest of Tunis.

"the staff was helpful. rooms need redocorating"

The location was good for me. Good security. Helpful in booking taxis for a concert in Carthage. Basically the staff tried to please me. The upgraded rooms were spacious. It felt roomy. If things did not work they sent someone right away to fix it. I liked it as it suited my purposes in that I was near to my friends' home. Hotel is situated in a residential area. You feel safe there.

We are business people, this hotel not at all service oriented, also Breakfast facilities is bed and Room doesnot have comfortable facilities.We cannot grade such hotel as 5 star facilities , it should have 3 star
