Very nice Staff, good home made food, everything was very clean. Wellness is extraordinary for this category of hotel! 🤩

The absence of a duvet - Italian style cover: a sheet and an ugly blanket, not sufficient for winter stay.

"A beautiful winter holiday"

The hotel is comfortable and equipped with all amenities including a wonderful spa. The rooms are spacious with modern furniture. A lounge where you can relax and spend a pleasant evening sipping a late evening drink. The hotel will provide you with tickets for ski shuttle and the stop is right outside the hotel. Just a walk away from the town centre and the ski lifts. The food is very good with a varied selection of breakfast goodies and dinner menu. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The owner is always at your service and will give you the best tips on where to rent your equipment and buy excellent grappa. A worthwhile and absolutely lovely place to stay for a holiday with your family or friends. Strongly recommended.

"Great hotel!"

Every thing was perfect. The superior room big and clean, the staff super nice and always ready to help, the food great and plenty. All this in mind, it is a three star hotel. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

"Hotel mit verschiedenen Mängel"

Ein familär geführtes Hotel mit verschiedenen Mängel. Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Frische der Teigwaren beim Frühstück war unterschiedlich. Nicht alle Produkte waren frisch gewesen. Das Classic Standardzimmer ist sehr klein. Ein Schreibtisch und Stuhl hat keinen Platz gehabt und war nicht vorhanden. Kein deutscher Sender im Fernsehen. Das Zimmer hat zudem einen fleckigen Teppichboden und Staub auf dem Schrank. Um im Bad zur Toilette zu gelangen mußten wir über das Bidget steigen. Der an sich schöne Wellnessbereich konnten wir nicht richtig nutzen, da Sauna und Wirlpool nur mit Badebekleidung zu benutzen sind. In der Hotelbeschreibung war diese Auflage nicht vorhanden. Kostenlose Benutzung des Wellnessbereich ist nicht im Standzimmer enthalten und nur über die Buchung eines Superiorzimmer inklusive. Wir haben uns darüber geärgert, weil wir den Aufpreis für die Saunabenutzung extra bezahlt hatten und nicht richtig nutzen konnten. Preise wurden dieses Jahr erhöht.
