Relais San Giusto

This hotel is 300 metres from the enormous cable car in Campitello Di Fassa. 300 metres actually represents the other side of town so after a short stroll everything in the town is in reach. The hotel was recently refurbished and the rooms are modern and enormous with a king siz bathroom and bedroom to match. The rooms were clean and warm and the staff at the hotel quick to ensure every need was attended to. Nothing was too difficult for them and as a ski base this place is luxurious. Their wine selection is superb and I'd go back and stay here in a flash.

The hotel is really nice. * Well located. 50 metres far for Bus Stop (free bus to go to ski slopes) in the very centre of the beautiful Campitello but far from noisy Dolomiti road. *Rooms are big, comfortable and very well furnished. *Landlord, Pancrazio, can give you great ideas about GRAPPAs and Wines (to buy or to drink in his Lounge Bar) and good suggestions about ski slopes and mountain paths. *Beautiful cuisine close a marvellous day, specially those we had on Christmas (sunny and snowy).

Stayed two nights, first room shown stank of an unmentionable smell, staff offered to spray the bathroom! We got moved begrudingly but the 'sprayer' had got there first, so moved to another room which was an upgrade. Spotlessly clean but 100% lacking in atmosphere - we did not eat there, preferring not to pay an extra 14 euros each for what looked like a cold, pathetic breakfast. On checkout we were asked to pay for Mineral Water which we did not have and we understood the Wi-fi was free and after some words, we did not have to pay. The staff were totally offhand and there is no way I would recommend it and we got it at a lower rate than the advertised 170 euros - hotels in this area are outrageously expensive and, inmy opinion not worth it for the service they offer.

The place is renovated recently,not in a special way.Service is below zero,breakfast is made totally with no good quality things.The persons at the reception are dramatically not nice.Rooms are clean.Don't go there,you can find much better places on the opposite part of the street,where hotels are managed by families who take care of their guests.

Small, elegant but not pompous: rooms large and very well furnished. Good food: nice continental breakfasts (with home made cookies!) and fantastic dinners (the cook, is something special). Warm atmosphere: the owner of the hotel has been a great help for us, suggesting places to go and the PanoramaPass (we saved a lot of money thanks to him). Very well located, in the very centre, but still very quiet. Marvellous choice of wines and… grappas!
