Friendly staffs and good service would go again good food and great to the dog

Etremely comfortable, well appointed and clean rooms. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help.

Stayed with family plus dog on Sunday until Monday in beautiful, spacious and immaculate room with large, comfortable beds, wall mounted tv and a, modern ensuite shower room. Very impressed with the warm welcome we received. We had arrived too late to order food but were allowed to have a takeaway curry delivered which we ate in the bar with plates and cutlery provided. Thank you so much for making our short stay so memorable. Would love to return for a longer stay.

Mixed views on this hotel, not to sure what type of market they are looking to cater for. Made to pay for room in full the moment you arrived, really poor internet so not ideal if working away. Rooms are furnished to a high standard but your supposed to put a sign on your door if you want your rooms serviced, something which was a surprise to me once I queried with the staff as to why my breakfast basket etc was still in the room. When the owner confronted me in the restaurant that evening, I was left feeling a bit embarrassed, not sure if she was trying to apologise or pick holes in why I was unhappy. Menu is basic but in general food was well presented and tasty. Would I stay again....not sure....possibly if I was looking for a dog friendly hotel.
