Surtout le petit déjeuner. Beau choix et très bel endroit

La salle de bains, le bain à bulles n’était pas propre ni le pommeau de douche Les draps n’étaient pas des housses, un simple drap qui découvrait le matelas au moindre mouvement Nous occupions une chambre standard la 208

Le spa est nickel

Pas de clim dans la chambre. Nous avions une suite avec 2 petits lits collés . Nous trouvons cela très désagréable meme les couettes sont petites... Une salle de bain très grande mais qui ne sert pas à grand chose

"Très Bien mais un peu déçu sur la chambre pour le prix de la suite"

le coin wellness et Spa. le restaurant. le personnel. la localisation.

Nous avons été déçu par la chambre. En effet dans un premier temps , nous avons reçu un mail de booking le vendredi pour nous annoncer un soucis de carte pour notre réservation du lendemain qui a été annulée. Nous avons du refaire une réservation mais nous avons du prendre la gamme "Suite" faute de place avec une majoration de 100€. Nous avons reçu également va WhatsAPP, un message frauduleux nous invitant à cliquez sur un lien pour valider le paiement venant du Brésil. Il semblerait que l'Hotel se soit fait hacké environ 2 semaines avant notre réservation. La suite (chambre 408) était bien toutefois à ce prix là, on aurait aimé avoir deux lampe de chevet identique et non dépareillée, et qui fonctionne toutes les 2. Hors seule un des lampes fonctionnait. Il y avait une machine à café Nespresso mais pas de bouloir électrique pour faire de l'eau chaude pour du thé et pour remplir d'eau la Nespresso. A 386€ la nuit, j'estime que c'est un minimum.
