"Obsługa robi co może ale Nie wróciłbym tam"

Dobra obsługa (zwłaszcza jedna Pani na recepcji) choć nie wszyscy 🤓 Lokalizacja nad morzem

Przykry zapach w pokoju Woda przecieka z prysznica prosto na WC a cała łazienka jest bardzo mała nawet dla dwóch osób a co dopiero w pokoju rodzinnym Praca bardzo starego agregatu klimy bardzo głośna na balkonie WiFi praktycznie nie działa a zasięg na 8 piętrze też bardzo słaby Mnóstwo gości z Anglii z dziećmi, którzy zachowują się bardzo głośno 😞 Układ pokoju, jego Styl i zużycie aktualne na 2000 rok ale nie 2026 Jedzenie na kolacje w bufecie bardzo słabe i bez napojów. Nie warto brać z wyżywieniem

The location and the pool are excellent

Lifts are a joke!! This was our 3rd time we were on the 10th floor, normally I wouldn’t mind using the stairs and getting the steps in but having recently had major surgery I was minding myself omg the lifts are ridiculous!! Definitely off putting for future trips.

"Отель для семейного отпуска"

Идеальное место для отдыха с детьми. В отеле в целом очень много детей разного возраста. В бассейне регулярно проводили детские развлечения, так же организовывали вечерние шоу. Питание (у нас были завтраки и ужины) понравилось, выбор хороший - ужины всегда сервировались в стиле разных стран. Персонал в ресторане внимательный и приветливый. Номер у нас убирали каждый день (смена полотенец и белья включительно). Горничные так же приветливые и дружелюбные. Мы ездили в начале июня - вода в море еще сильно прохладная. Гулять вечером можно было по набережным в обе стороны от отеля. Так же удобно что автобусная остановка находится прям рядом с отелем.

Минус в том, что номерам не помешает реновация. Так же немного растроило что у отеля нет своего пляжа, однако на публичном пляже было предостаточно места.
