"Skulle til bryllup, men stod uden overnatningsmuligheder. De vasker hænder og stjæler ens penge. Føj."

Ingenting. De påstod min booking ikke var der selvom jeg havde booking nummer. Og havde betalt 5 mdr. tidligere. Ingen hjælp at hente af udueligt personale. Havde booket igennem booking.com

Personalets tone og uhjælpelighed. Deres svar på at bookingen ikke var der, var at sige at det var en twisit imellem booking og mig. Plus jeg kunne forsøge et andet sted.

Ein schönes, gepflegtes Hotel, sehr sauber, man kann sich wohlfühlen, vor allem auf der Durchreise. Prozesse sind weitgehend automatisiert, z.B. Selbstbedienung bei den Mahlzeiten, Getränke und kleine Snacks sind in gekühlten Schränken verfügbar, man zahlt sie mit Karte am Terminal.

Wenig Personal, aber sehr freundlich, man gewöhnt sich daran, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es mir zu unpersönlich, aber das ist wohl auch Geschmacksache.
