Beliggende ved flot natur

Selvbetjent check ind gjorde at jeg betalte 2 gange for opholdet, da jeg allerede havde betalt for opholdet på booking.com.. Intet personale tilstede, der kunne være behjælpelig med at undgå fejlen. Skulle efterfølgende bruge tid på at fremsende dokumentation for at få beløbet tilbagebetalt. Ingen beklagelse eller kompensation. Ved ankomst var der ubehageligt varmt både i receptionen og på værelset, hvor der var myrer..Aftensmad og morgenmad bar præg af dårlige råvarer. Vi vil overveje at booke værelse igen, når selvbetjeningssystemerne er blevet skiftet ud med uddannet personale.

"Styr på personale og anretning af buffet"

Rigtig god morgenmad - nem check-in/ud, værelset, rengøring, stedet

Aftensmadsbuffet: halvtomt hele tiden, kartofler kom 40 min efter start, andet efter 90 min (da vi var færdig) - et styk ikke-interesseret personale. Alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse
