Suite Hotel Chrome

I last stayed and reviewed Suite Hotel Chrome in September 2015 so it's been quite a while,however the place has maintained a high level of quality.The first thing that you notice when you enter the lobby is the modern look and comfortable feel plus the cleanliness which is exceptional.I believe that the consistent quality is a by-product of Jean Ayoub who continues to manage the property as well as the front desk manager Rana who just happen's to be Jean's wife.These are lovely,honest and hard working people and perfectly suited to create a level of comfort and ambience.

I loved this place because of their amazing staff. Very young and happy people serving the hotel with passion and love that you would see in their eyes and attitude every single day. The hotel has a perfect location surrounded by a salon, pharmacy, supermarket and much more. Rooms are big and cozy. Not really well served as they seem more of a rented room rather than a hotel room. Amazing home-made like Lebanese breakfast. Highly recommended as it is great and reasonable when it comes to cost per night.

This hotel is outside of the city a bit and we stayed here before heading to Enfah the next day. Our first room smelled of smoke but they switched us to a different room. Room is comfortable but not amazing. Breakfast was ok and included with our stay. There was both American and Lebanese items on the menu. Would recommend although for the price there are more high end places to stay.

This hotel is away from city and away from any place . They have big rooms moreover the cleanless👌👌 . Very friendly staff . Very tasty breakfast with a really fast service . In every vacation i go there to spent a relaxing time . Great place to be .

The breakfast is a disaster. I bought biscuits the second day. Big bedrooms. The environment is not so nice. Nothing to do around the hotel.

Despite some negative reviews, i found the hotel to be in a great location and right in between Jounieh and Beirut DT, the malls are also close by (around 5 minutes by taxi). As for the hotel staff, they have shown professionalism and heartfelt friendliness towards me as a guest. The hotel itself is quite a place to be in for its price and the rooms pretty much has everything. The only thing that im not very fond of is the fact that despite having 3 hotels in the same area, there is only one reception which is located in the main building (chrome). The maintenance could also use a bit tweaking. Overall, The hotel and its staff are great and i would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a simple stay with great value for money.

I'm currently staying in room 301,a lovely suite on the top floor,and I've been here for 2 weeks.The overall experience has been excellent from Charlie the owner to Jean the manager to Rana the front desk manager to all the staff who take care of me.Aside from the excellent comfort level of the hotel it has remarkable food for a small place,wonderful chef.The people working here have a can do attitude which makes everything so much more pleasant.My stay so far has been outstanding!

I love the place where this hotel is,it is far away from all the noise,you have beautiful view because it is located on a hill and you can bread fresh air the service was very good and the rooms were clean. i have nothing bad to say about this hotel

I have become a loyal customer at this hotel. It offers great rooms, lovely environment, wonderful staff, clean facilities, and good breakfast. It is one of the best budget hotels in Greater Beirut Area, yet it is very clean and modern. The staff working there very helpful. I am always surprised by how generous they are that sometimes they upgrade my reservation to a better room with no extra charge.Lovely place. There are sometimes some problems occurring, but they never hesitate to help and resolve them. Make sure you get a comfy bed and good air conditioning. Recommended!
