"Another fab stay at the Suite Hotel Atlantis!!!"

10.0

My husband & I stayed here for the second year running in September with my parents, brother, & my niece and nephew. The Suites were immaculate with a lovely basket of fruit and wine waiting for us upon arrival. The food was just as excellent as last year. The animation team were great especially with the kids and they thoroughly enjoyed the Kids club and evening entertainment. The only let down re: the entertainment was it was very child orientated which my parents were quite disappointed about. The arena where the entertainment was held was stuffy, dingy and there was no tables to place drinks on. Overall we all had a good holiday and love the beaches of Corralejo.

"Good value for money but with some surprises"

6.0

Overall this hotel is good and well located if you are interested in being close to the sea-front highway, the malls, some fantastic local traditional Lebanese restaurants and the Zalka shopping street. A bit far from downtown, but definitely in a safer area if you are concerned about safety. As their website shows (www.suitehotel.com.lb) there are 2 hotels in this location. Chrome is definitely your choice. With just a bit extra you can stay in the newer building . Merlot look very worn down and across the street from the main Chrome building. Chrome provides very good rooms, clean, new, nicely decorated, nice beds. We asked for extra pillows, blankets and hair dryer and they were provided to us promptly. Service is very friendly. Breakfast is very minimal and not according to standard. Also, no wifi in rooms. So overall, the rule “you get what you pay for” stands also here. Compared with other hotels in the area, this was a much cheaper choice, so we cannot complain for anything.

"Great Stay"

8.0

The hotel is located in Jal Dib, so you will definitely experience the traffic in case you wish to go to Beirut. But the area is very clam and nice. The hotel has 2 buildings. Booking online usually gets you the older one. Yet it is very nice with lots of privacy. The room is great, but there is no internet. Parking is available so there is nothing to worry about. Breakfast is offered. It is good breakfast but not a rich one. The hotel is worth a try. It is great compared to the price

"Beirut is great, this hotel is not"

4.0

First of all, this hotel is not centrally located in Beirut at all, despite how it is described. We arrived late, around 2am, and there was nobody at all in the building. We wandered around inside looking for someone, and after a bit we got our phones to work so we could call the phone number. Turns out there are 3 different buildings, and they didn't bother to leave even a note to make sure we knew that. Anyhow, they sent someone over to let us in the room, and we quickly found out that NOTHING in the room was as it was advertised. It was dark, there were two small beds, and no decor. When we checked in, we showed them the email confirmation we had for a double bed room, with a decent bathroom, breakfast included, and artsy decor. They, however, had printed out another sheet of paper that said we had none of this, and their paper trumped ours. They even had a sign posted that says "Breakfast included", but it is not. Since it was late, we just checked in and tried to go to sleep. More surprises were to come in the morning. The place is being renovated and they went ahead and started their construction around 7 or 8 in the morning in the room right next to, or above ours. Whatever this person's job was, must have included repeatedly dropping heavy objects on the floor. When I called and asked if they could work on something less noisy so we could sleep, they stopped for about 10 minutes and then started right back up again. Overall, the facilities were very poor, the staff was not helpful or friendly, and there is ro real reason to choose this hotel. There are plenty of other places in Beirut, which are in the city itself, and where you have breakfast. Stay there instead.

"Two totally different hotels, be careful"

8.0

Suite Hotel stands for two buildings of altogether different standards. The so called "Merlot" building is awful, the room they offered me there even had a strong odor of sewage. The rooms in the main building are fine with excellent room service and matress. One bad point about this place: They charge you everything extra and even ask for 5 dollars for one hour of wifi. But altogether, the rooms in the main building are a good deal, the staff is friendly and the location convenient for visiting the Christian areas of Lebanon.

"Good hotel"

8.0

I stayed there for 3 nights initially then added two more nights! I liked the hotel. The service was good and breakfast was ok. Front desk staff were helpful. They helped renting a car for me and hiring a cab on my final day of stay. A lot of shops nearby. Location is good if you have a car. Even if you don't have a car, you can ask the hotel and they'll help arranging transportation for you. For the money you pay, this is one of the best hotels you could get in Lebanon!

"Wonderful Design"

10.0

We enjoyed our stay so much, after a long trip we arrived at the hotel and we were welcomed by a sweetheart of front desk team. They even upgraded us from a standard room to an executive suite. The suites are very spacious and the design is wonderful. Quality vs price . Suite Hotel is the place to stay. Thank you suite team

"DaBeast in Beirut gives this two paws down...Grrrrrr!"

2.0

The hotel main building you see pictured on the website was nice....but if they ship you to the annex on the other side of the street, your screwed. You might as well not exist; no one is cleaning your room, answering the front desk, or acknowledging your presence in any way what so ever! The only up side was that the room was spacious, but the pleasure stops there. The mattress was hard, they can only spare two pillows a bed and no bed spread, there will be no housekeeping but for the day before you leave, by that time, you don’t care who cleans up! The amenity’s that they proclaim to provide is like a terrible April fool’s joke, had to wait three hours for an iron and board.
