Principalmente dos funcionários, a responsável pelo cafe da manha foi super atenciosa comigo.

Embora a hospedagem fique no bairro Miraflores ele fica longe dos pontos turísticos, sendo necessário utilizar uber para qualquer tipo de locomoção. Meu quarto era de frente para uma avenida super movimentada, muito cedo o barulho de buzina já era insuportável, impossibilitando o descanso dos hospedes. Lima faz calor, então a falta de ar-condicionado no quarto faz diferença negativa para a hospedagem.

"Comfortable Hotel in safe location just out of the main tourist area"

Reception put is in the wrong room type. I paid for a larger room with air con but we were given a more basic room. I didn't realise until the next morning. When I told the reception staff they did not seem to care.

El hotel es hermoso, cada detalle muy bien cuidado, la decoración de cada rincón es preciosa y la terraza arriba es bellisima. El desayuno variado y rico y el agua de la ducha calentita..todo perfecto con el hotel.

La ubicación, si bien indican que esta en Miraflores, esta en el limite y lejos de todo lo turistico, pero lo bueno es que puedes moverte a todos lados en uber o transporte público, finalmente Lima es tan grande que en el sector que te alojes deberás usar medios de transporte.

Funcionários fantásticos e atenciosos, café da manha nota 10!

Falta de uma simples toalha de rosto, localização próxima de Miraflores, porem nada que se possa ver caminhando. Rua muito barulhenta.
